Rates
for 2009/2010 effective 6/11/09. Rates are based on two person
Occupancy with (1) vehicle and (1) boat. All RV Spaces have
full hook up: Water, Sewer, and Electrical up to $50 per month.
Extra person charge is $5.00 per day Prices are subject to change
without notice, and do not include 4% Tourist Development tax
or 7% sales when applicable. Pelican's Landing is a non-smoking
facility.

There is a one night cancellation fee for every reservation.
In the event you cancel a credit will be given to be used at
your convenience except on Holidays. A 3 day minimum stay and
a 3 day prepaid deposit is required for the following Holidays;
Easter, Memorial Day; 4th of July; Labor Day, Christmas, New
Years Eve.
Dogs
allowed in cottages 8 & 17 only. Pet fee is $65.00 Non Refundable.
